An uncommon large format photographic travel poster for Ireland via Holyhead. The design features a traditional thatched cottage nestled in the mountains of southern Ireland. The poster was published by British Railways in conjunction with the Irish Tourist Board and would have been used to promote the railway’s steam ship services between north Wales and Ireland.
