A rare and important Art Deco London Transport Tube car ‘panel’ poster hand singed by the artist André Édouard Marty. The poster promotes the 1933 FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium in north London, which was won by Everton FC who defeated Manchester City 3-0.

Marty, a leading Parisian fashion illustrator and fine artist, was a regular contributor to La Gazette du bon ton, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, House & Garden, Le Sourire, Fémina, Modes et Manières d’Aujourd’hui and Comoedia Illustre.  A higher resolution image is available to view on request.
