An original British Railways poster for Prestatyn designed by Derek Lucas and published in 1962. The image is the closest match we’ve found for Philip Larkin’s famous poem about a poster, Come to Sunny Prestatyn.  This poem was written in 1962 and published in the poet’s best-known collection, The Whitsun Weddings (1964).
