Original General Post Office poster, GPO Overseas Mails. Posting dates for Christmas, designed by Pat Tilley, 1966. The clever design features a bird and a dolphin delivering mail, to represent Air Mail and deliveries by sea. Tilley is probably best remembered today as a successful science fiction author and screenwriter, having given up graphic design in the late 1960s.
