An original London Underground carriage (or ‘car’) diagrammatic map of the central area, Version D, as fitted to A Stock, 1969/72 Stock and D Stock Tube trains, c. 1995. The diagram shows the Jubilee Line Extension (JLE) from Green Park to Stratford as ‘under construction’. Excavation began in 1993 with the line opening stages from May to December 1999.
