An original British Railways (Scottish Region) poster promoting Race Specials to Hamilton, with a splendid header panel designed by Tom Eckersley, 1962. Regarded as one of Britain’s greatest graphic designers, Eckersley designed posters for a range of clients, including Austin Reed, General Post Office, Gillette, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), British Petroleum, Ministry of Information, London Transport, and the World Wide Fund for Nature.
