We’re opening the doors to our biggest clearance sale of the year – and you’re invited!
After a month-long summer break to sort through our growing archive, the shop will reopen for a three day clearance sale, as we make space for fresh arrivals and our premium stock coming in September. This is the third year running, and if you’ve been before, you’ll know just how busy (and fun) it gets. It's first come, best finds!
Why We Run the Sale
We’re lucky to have a huge and ever-changing collection of posters—but limited space! Every August, we close the shop and spend the month re-sorting our collection. The result? Dozens of brilliant posters across every genre, all at reduced prices, ready to go to new homes. Expect a mix of hand-picked originals including:
- Music
- Travel
- Propaganda
- Theatre
- Film
- Art exhibitions
- Sport
- Plus: plenty of one-off quirky gems
We'll be open 10.30am - 6pm on Friday 29th August, Saturday 30th August and Sunday 31st August. Come and join us for a complimentary glass of fizz and a rummage through our huge stock, to find your hidden gem. As well as the clearance section with posters from £15- £50, there will a massive 20% of all our stock, including our best and rarest posters.
Important: You must take your purchases with you on the day, as we’re clearing space. We’ll provide free poster tubes and wrapping, and if you purchase a framed piece, we'll provide basic wrapping and you’re welcome to collect it any time that weekend.
We're based in the heart of Islington, just off Upper Street, and easy to find. If you want to make a day of it we are surrounded by great cafés and restaurants, plus plenty of shopping. For coffee on the way to us, there’s Ottolenghi on the corner of Cross Street and Upper Street, or Devotion Coffee on the corner of Cross Street and Essex Road.
