Sus by Barrie Keeffe
AnonAn original and rare poster for Sus, a play about a group of institutionally racist white police officers attempting to pin the blame for a shocking crime on an innocent young black man, written by Barrie Keefe, 1979. The play was produced and toured by the Scottish left-wing agitprop theatre group 7:84 (named after a 1960s statistic on UK wealth distribution that 7% of the population owned 84% of the country's wealth). This poster was used to promote a performance at the Fraternity Hall in Alfred Street, Huddersfield. A higher resolution image is available for viewing on request.
