Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, 1976
Eduardo Paolozzi/Gordon HouseAn uncommon, original poster, for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 1976 based on a 1967 screen print by Sir Eduardo Paolozzi RA, with layout design by Gordon House and Bernard Cook. Paolozzi collaborated with the poster designers to create the final image. The stencilled lettering was selected to reflect the graphic language of the contemporary punk rock movement.
This example is a proof from the archives of the printer, G&B Arts, with a wider than normal border.
