A very good copy of this hard to find autobiography by a genuine poster pioneer and remarkable man. Norman Wilkinson CBE RI (1878 – 1971) achieved fame as a marine painter, illustrator and poster artist. He also invented ‘dazzle’ camouflage to protect merchant shipping during the First World War and pioneered the pictorial travel poster in Britain with his 1905 To Ireland design for the London & North Western Railway. Beautifully written and illustrated (151pp).
